All projects have been completed by contract date or within window of time allowance. Scheduled completion date delays of any
project have been due to manufacturing delay, availablity of products specified, or additional work change orders added. Developmore
consistantly looks for ways to maintain the schedule and budget for each project, providing the highest quality of product and
workmanship. Usually budget increase is due to changes that have been requested by business owners or homeowners after original
contracted scope of work.
