Relying on backgrounds in landscaping, architecture and construction, Developmore takes a "form follows function" approach. While they focus on innovation and creativity, structural integrity is the top priority.

The partnership that drives Developmore was started years ago when both were just children in the Palatine/Inverness area. Todd Polcyn and Jerry Messner are life long friends and life long construction workers. They began their company with rehabs on the south side of Chicago in 1996 and have graduated to full scale developments throughout the Chicagoland area and most importantly in their hometown, Palatine and the immediate areas surrounding it. This is their way of giving a quality product back to a quality community.

Developmore knows that price is important to homebuyers, but what they don't see is what is important to the builder. Developmore uses the highest quality products and the highest quality construction in their homes. Brand names such as Owens Corning, Moen Faucets and Schlage Locks are just a few of the quality elements that go into every Developmore home.
